This policy explains what personal data this website processes, why, and what rights you have. It is short because the site does little: it shows articles, offers a contact form and, only with your consent, counts page views.
Controllers
The controllers are Wizutech OÜ, registered in Estonia, and Wizutech Teknoloji, registered in Türkiye. Which one is responsible follows the same rule as for contracts: Wizutech OÜ for visitors and clients in the European Union and other countries, Wizutech Teknoloji for Türkiye. Contact form
When you send the contact form, the site processes your name, email address, subject, message, the service you selected and your IP address.
Name, email address and message are needed to read and answer your enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps prior to entering into a contract; KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)). The IP address is used only to limit the number of submissions per hour and to reject spam (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in keeping the form usable; KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
The message is sent by email to the site owner and kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up. The IP counter expires after one hour. Nothing from the form is used for marketing.
Enquiry attribution
When you send the contact form or the service request form, the site also records how you arrived: the referring page, campaign parameters in the address (utm_*, gclid, fbclid and similar click identifiers), the page you landed on, the pages you viewed on this site before sending, your language and your device (screen size, browser, time zone) and, only if you accepted analytics in the banner, the first-party visitor identifier and the Google Analytics client identifier stored in your browser.
This is used to answer your enquiry with the right context and to understand which channels bring enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest; KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). The history of pages viewed on this site is collected only after you accept analytics in the banner; without that consent no cookie and no browsing history is stored and only the page you sent the form from, with its campaign parameters, is recorded with the enquiry.
Enquiries are stored in the site’s database with a hashed IP address (the address itself is deleted after 30 days). After 24 months (the configured retention period) name, email address, company, website, message and identifiers are removed and only the channel statistics remain. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time at [email protected].
Server logs
The hosting provider’s web server records requests (IP address, time, requested URL, browser identification, referrer) in log files for security and troubleshooting (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). Logs are rotated and deleted on the hosting provider’s schedule and are not combined with other data.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics runs only after you accept it in the banner. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) counts page views with IP anonymisation and, where configured, a self-hosted Matomo instance does the same. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage key hg-consent) and can be changed at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Without consent no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. The site sets no advertising cookies and shows no advertising.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 15 to 22; KVKK Art. 11). Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in Estonia the Data Protection Inspectorate, in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority.
