Who this is for
Marketing teams with a stack they do not fully trust: flows that send twice, segments that drift, a CRM sync nobody wants to touch, campaigns whose revenue nobody can prove. Also B2C brands that have outgrown the visual builder and need journeys with real logic, backed by their own data.
I have built these on Marketo and Mailchimp, on n8n, and from scratch as a custom journey framework for a B2C brand.
Typical situations
- A customer received the same email twice, or a cart reminder after buying.
- The shop, the CRM and the email tool each hold a different version of the same contact.
- The visual builder cannot express the rule you need, so someone exports a CSV every Monday.
- Consent is recorded in one system and ignored by another.
- Nobody can say which flow earned what last quarter.
- A workflow failed halfway and it is unclear what was sent and what was not.
What I deliver
- Journey and lifecycle design: welcome, browse and cart recovery, replenishment, win-back, lead nurturing, with entry and exit rules written down.
- Implementation in Marketo, Mailchimp or n8n, or a custom journey builder on your database when the tools cannot express the logic.
- Integrations between shop, CRM and email: idempotent syncs, deduplication, consent carried through, failures that are visible instead of silent.
- AI inside the flow where it earns its place: segmentation, subject line and copy variants, product recommendations, with guardrails and a human check.
- Measurement: revenue per flow, holdout groups where possible, GA4 and CRM attribution that agree with each other.
- Deliverability and hygiene: authentication, list cleaning, send-time and frequency rules.
How it goes
Map what exists. The journeys you have, including the ones that live only in someone’s head, and the data each one depends on. Broken and duplicated flows show up quickly here.
Build in order of revenue. On the tool you have or on a custom builder, with test contacts and a dry-run mode before anything reaches a customer.
Ship each flow with its measurement. What it sends, to whom, what it earned. Then we tune on a cadence, or you take it over with the documentation.
