MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE Service: Shopify store fixes, custom features and API integrations — Integration Scope: Shopify linked to one system (ERP, shipping or CRM) by API; error alerts Method of performance: The service is performed remotely, online. There is no physical delivery. Performance period: 10 days from the date on which the BUYER provides the SELLER with the access and information required to perform the service. 4. PRICE AND PAYMENT Total price (taxes included): €890 There are no delivery or other additional charges. Payment: The full price is paid in advance at the time of ordering, by credit or debit card on the secure payment page of Stripe. Card details are not transmitted to the SELLER and are not stored by the SELLER. 5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Notice of withdrawal is given within this period by email to [email protected] or in writing to the SELLER's address. Pursuant to Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires. When ordering, the BUYER approves that the service begins within the withdrawal period; the right of withdrawal ends when the SELLER begins performance. If notice of withdrawal is given before performance has begun, the full price paid is refunded to the card used for payment within 14 days at the latest from the date on which the notice reaches the SELLER. 6. Order date: 22.10.2026 13:02 ARTICLE 4 – PERFORMANCE 4.1 The service is performed remotely, online; there is no physical delivery. 4.2 After the payment has been confirmed, the SELLER requests from the BUYER by email the access and information required for the service. The performance period (10 days) runs from the date on which this access and information have been provided in full. The SELLER is not liable for any delay resulting from the BUYER providing information late or incompletely. 4.3 The SELLER performs the service within the scope set out in Article 3, with due care and as the profession requires, and at the end of the work gives the BUYER a short written summary of what was done. Requests outside the scope are priced separately and are not carried out without the BUYER's approval. 4.4 The BUYER confirms that the access details provided are correct and that the BUYER has authority over these systems. The SELLER uses the access details solely for this service and keeps them confidential; the BUYER is advised to change its passwords once the work is finished. It is the BUYER's responsibility to ensure that an up-to-date backup of the systems exists before the work begins. 4.5 Code, settings and documents prepared specifically for the BUYER as part of the service belong to the BUYER, provided that the price has been paid in full. Tools already held by the SELLER beforehand and the SELLER's general know-how are not covered by this. ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 5.1 The BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Notice of withdrawal is given within this period by email to [email protected] or in writing to the SELLER's address. 5.2 Pursuant to Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires. When ordering, the BUYER expressly approved that the service begins within the withdrawal period; the right of withdrawal ends when the SELLER begins performance. 5.3 If notice of withdrawal is given before performance has begun, the SELLER refunds the full price collected, to the card used for payment and without charging the BUYER any costs, within 14 days at the latest from the date on which the notice reaches the SELLER. ARTICLE 6 – GENERAL PROVISIONS 6.1 The BUYER acknowledges having read the Pre-Contractual Information Form and having approved it electronically before the contract was concluded. 6.2 The contract is concluded when the BUYER confirms the order and completes the payment.
